Hello Matt,
I knew from the beginning that my home of many years would have to be sold. I could not afford to stay there. I had called several agencies and had the sales people come to the house and talk to me. I really had enough of the fast-talking, nonperformance, nonprofessionals I had already met. In spite of it, you were polite and professional. Then you came to the house and I got a pleasant surprise.
Then you sat down, again no pressure, and explained how things work, what I could expect from an agent, timeframes involved, policies, continuing to answer any and all questions clearly.
